Hi, I’m CJ, and I’ve built WeHaul Moving & Relocation on a foundation of quality, safety, and efficiency. My journey started in construction, where I worked my way up through both big corporations and small, family-run companies. I saw firsthand how big companies often cut corners to save money, while smaller ones poured their hearts into every project because it was their livelihood. That experience taught me how to strike a balance—delivering top-notch results without ever compromising on quality or safety.
After years in the solar field, I made the decision to walk away. I witnessed multiple instances where close friends and family were either injured, nearly injured, or had near-death experiences because companies prioritized meeting deadlines over the well-being of their workers. They didn’t understand—or didn’t care—that cutting corners on quality and safety ends up costing more in the long run. One particular incident, where a co-worker lost the tip of a finger due to ignored safety measures, rushed time lines, and a foreman that just wanted to keep his job.
I have taken those hard-earned lessons and built WeHaul to reflect the values that matter most: efficiency without compromise, care in every detail, and a commitment to doing things the right way. It’s not just about moving—it’s about doing it safely, effectively, and with the respect every customer and crew member deserves.
